I don’t normally leave reviews but this was the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. No updates, no communication. Adjuster was rude when I inquired about my claim. Called to speak to manager who never called me back. Adjuster said they were looking for more evidence and was going to try to find video surveillance but said it was more my responsibility to do so and then denies my claim before I got the chance to get the footage. No clue if she was able to get the footage because again zero communication. I was given multiple disconnected numbers and was told if I cared that much to make a claim with my own insurance, which I understand but they were only looking to protect their insured, not find who was actually liable. I hope y'all read this and know the frustration you caused me, and much of it could have been avoided had I at minimum been kept in the loop about my claim. If you get into a collision with someone insured by them GOOD LUCK! Especially if it’s a commercial policy.
