These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Truck Drivers USA. By accessing the website, using search, creating an account, submitting a job post or driver resume, purchasing a paid service, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit content to the website. By using the website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
Drivers, employers, recruiters, carriers, companies, and other users are responsible for determining whether they meet all age, licensing, employment, insurance, authorization, safety, and other legal requirements applicable to their activities.
2. Website Service and Our Role
Truck Drivers USA provides search and posting tools that help users find trucking jobs and driver resumes based on information submitted by users.
Job posts, driver resumes, descriptions, pay information, schedules, routes, requirements, contact information, and other post content are created and submitted by users.
We do not employ drivers, make hiring decisions for employers, negotiate employment agreements between users, guarantee employment, guarantee applicants, or become a party to any employment, independent contractor, lease, transportation, recruiting, or other agreement between users.
3. User Accounts and Google Authentication
Account access is provided through Google authentication. Your use of Google services is also subject to the terms and privacy practices applicable to your Google account.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and for activity performed through your website account. You must not use another person's Google account without authorization.
You may delete your website account yourself through the Delete Account page. Information about the deletion process is displayed before deletion is confirmed.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account that violates these Terms, applicable law, the rights of other users, or the security of the website.
4. User Content
Users may submit text-based job posts, driver resumes, contact information, employment conditions, pay information, routes, qualifications, requirements, and other information related to trucking employment.
You retain responsibility for content you submit. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to publish it and that publication does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content through the website as necessary to operate the service, including displaying it in search results and on individual post pages.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
5. Responsibility for Posts and User Information
The author of each post is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, availability, and current status of the information contained in that post.
We do not guarantee or independently verify the identity of every user, the existence or condition of every job, the qualifications of every driver, compensation claims, employment conditions, company information, driving history, licenses, endorsements, insurance, operating authority, safety history, work authorization, references, or other statements made by users.
Users must independently verify information before making employment, contracting, financial, transportation, relocation, or other decisions.
6. Posting Rules and Prohibited Content
You may use the website only for lawful purposes related to legitimate trucking jobs, driver resumes, employment searches, recruiting, and related communications.
You must not submit, publish, transmit, or attempt to distribute content that:
- is false, fraudulent, deceptive, materially misleading, or intended to impersonate another person or organization;
- advertises a job that does not exist or intentionally misrepresents compensation, working conditions, routes, equipment, requirements, or the identity of the hiring party;
- violates federal, state, or local employment, labor, consumer protection, transportation, privacy, intellectual property, or other applicable law;
- discriminates unlawfully against applicants or workers;
- contains threats, harassment, hate speech, unlawful intimidation, or content encouraging violence or illegal activity;
- infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights belonging to another person or organization;
- contains another person's confidential information without authorization;
- contains Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, passwords, authentication codes, or other highly sensitive information that should not be published in a job post or resume;
- promotes scams, advance-fee schemes, identity theft, money laundering, illegal goods or services, forged documents, or other unlawful activity;
- contains spam, mass solicitation, automated content, or unrelated promotional material;
- attempts to introduce malicious code, interfere with the website, bypass access controls, scrape restricted data, overload the service, or compromise another user's account.
7. Employment and Recruiting Compliance
Employers, recruiters, carriers, and other users who publish jobs are responsible for ensuring that their posts, recruiting practices, hiring decisions, compensation disclosures, employment conditions, worker classifications, and communications comply with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to them.
Job posts must not contain unlawful preferences or restrictions based on protected characteristics. Users are responsible for complying with applicable equal employment opportunity, anti-discrimination, wage and hour, pay transparency, worker classification, licensing, transportation, and safety requirements.
Drivers are responsible for accurately describing their own qualifications, licenses, endorsements, experience, work authorization, availability, driving history, and other information included in a driver resume.
The website does not determine whether a particular user, job, employer, recruiter, driver, employment arrangement, or compensation structure complies with a specific law.
8. Post Deletion, Reports, and Moderation
A registered user may delete a post that belongs to that user's account using the available account controls.
Any user may report a post using the report option available on an individual post page or directly from search results.
Reports may be reviewed by the website administration. Submission of a report does not automatically require removal of the reported content.
We may remove, restrict, de-list, reject, or moderate content and may restrict an account when we determine that action is appropriate to enforce these Terms, respond to a complaint, protect users or the website, address suspected fraud or abuse, or comply with applicable law or a valid legal request.
To report a legal, copyright, fraud, safety, or other issue that cannot be adequately described through the post reporting option, use the Contacts page.
9. Search Results and Promoted Placement
Search results are generated from available website content and the search information provided by the user. We do not guarantee that every relevant job or resume will appear, that search results will be complete, or that results will remain in the same order.
The website may offer paid promotion, featured placement, sponsored placement, or other paid visibility options. Paid placement may affect how prominently a post appears.
Payment for increased visibility does not mean that we have independently verified, approved, recommended, or guaranteed the user, job, resume, company, recruiter, driver, or information contained in the promoted post.
10. Paid Services and Stripe Payments
The website may offer paid services, including increased post visibility, featured placement, sponsored placement, and other promotional options.
The price, service duration, features, and other material purchase terms will be displayed before payment is submitted.
Payments are processed using Stripe. Payment information submitted through Stripe is processed under Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices.
We may change prices or available paid services for future purchases. A price change does not alter a paid service that has already been purchased for its stated period unless required by law or agreed with the user.
A paid service purchases the specific website feature described at checkout. It does not guarantee impressions, clicks, messages, applications, candidates, employment, hiring, revenue, or any other business result unless a specific guarantee is expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, fees for a paid service are non-refundable after the purchased service has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the paid service was not provided as described.
If a paid service is offered with automatic renewal, the renewal frequency, price or method for determining the price, cancellation terms, and other required information will be shown before purchase. Automatic renewal will not be activated without the user's affirmative consent.
Where an automatically renewing service is offered, a method for canceling future renewals will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
11. Privacy and Personal Information
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We do not sell users' personal information and do not provide personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Limited information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate website functions, including Google for authentication and Stripe for payment processing. Additional information about these services and our data practices is provided in the Privacy Policy.
Information that you intentionally include in a job post or driver resume, including contact information, may be displayed with that post to users who find it through website search or open its individual page.
Do not include information in a job post or driver resume that you do not want displayed as part of that post.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including authentication providers, payment processors, websites provided by users, and other external services.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and availability requirements. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies, actions, or services of an independent third party.
A link to an external website does not constitute an endorsement of that website or its owner.
13. Intellectual Property
The website software, design, interface, branding, search functionality, original website text, and other materials created for the website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for content you own or have permission to use, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, republish, or commercially exploit website materials without authorization.
If you believe text or other content available through the website infringes your intellectual property rights, submit a detailed notice through the Contacts page identifying the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the basis for your request.
14. Website Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website features when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product changes, technical reasons, or operation of the service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Availability may be affected by hosting providers, networks, Internet service providers, power failures, software failures, maintenance, security incidents, attacks, natural events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that user content is accurate, complete, current, lawful, safe, or suitable for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that a user will obtain employment, find a driver, hire a candidate, receive a response, enter into a contract, receive a particular pay rate, or achieve any other result from use of the website.
Information available through the website is not legal, financial, tax, insurance, employment, safety, licensing, or other professional advice.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses or damages arising from user-generated content, inaccurate posts, fraudulent users, employment decisions, hiring decisions, communications between users, third-party conduct, external websites, or agreements entered into between users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost business, lost data, or reputational harm arising from or related to use of the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, your user content, or your violation of another person's rights.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website or remove content when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, security threats, abuse, unlawful activity, legal requirements, repeated complaints, or conduct that may harm users or the website.
You may stop using the website at any time and may delete your account through the Delete Account page.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law gives a user rights that cannot legally be waived.
Before filing a legal claim concerning the website, users are encouraged to contact us through the Contacts page so that the issue may be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved without litigation.
Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction required by applicable law, disputes concerning these Terms or the website will be handled by courts with appropriate jurisdiction in the State of New York.
20. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms in one situation does not waive the right to enforce that provision in another situation.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the website, paid services, legal requirements, or our operating practices change.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. Contact
Questions about these Terms, legal notices, complaints, copyright concerns, reports, or other website matters may be submitted through the Contacts page.
