My truck has been out of commission for eight months now, and in that time, I’ve been passed around to at least five different agents. The company is a complete mess, and no one is taking responsibility to see my case through. Because of this, I’ve lost my business while still making payments to the bank for all these months. It feels like they’re just stalling, hoping I’ll give up and drop my claim. I would never recommend this company to anyone—stay far away and don’t do business with them.
