Knight Transportation

This shop is ridiculous. There is literally nobody working from 12-3. Was told to park in front of bay for diagnostics on a trouble code that another tech at this same shop already pulled. Been waiting over 3 hours and all that time not a single truck in these bays have been touched. When I asked shop office questions he back tracked and said he didn’t say what he told me the day before. This place is the absolute worse shop I have been to. 2 whole days for a nox sensor and b service and might be stuck here a third.
