1) Posting: Classifieds, Companies, Reviews, News

  • Post only accurate, lawful, and original content you have rights to use.
  • No adult/age-restricted content, no hate/violence, no illegal goods/services.
  • Do not impersonate others or post fake reviews or misleading claims.
  • Respect copyrights, trademarks, privacy, and publicity rights.

2) Marketplace Role

We provide a platform. We do not buy, sell, or publish ads on our own behalf, and we are not a party to user transactions (payments, delivery, warranties).

3) Prohibited Content & Items

  • Adult/age-restricted content; sexual services; exploitation of minors.
  • Illegal goods/services; stolen/counterfeit items; forged documents.
  • Weapons/explosives; hazardous chemicals; illegal drugs/paraphernalia.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence.
  • Malware/spyware; instructions for unlawful acts.
  • Scraping, data harvesting, or bypassing rate limits.

4) Account & Security

  • One person — one account (unless we approve otherwise).
  • Keep your password secret; you are responsible for your account activity.
  • Report suspicious activity via our Contact Form (choose “Account / Security”).

5) Moderation & Enforcement

  • We may edit, re-categorize, de-list, or remove content and suspend accounts.
  • Repeat copyright infringers may be terminated (DMCA policy).
  • We may retain and disclose content if required by law or to protect safety.

6) Ads & Promotions

Ads and sponsored content may appear. Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and them.

7) Privacy Basics

  • We do not distribute or publish names/emails from Contact Form or complaint forms.
  • We use cookies/analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • To submit a privacy request, use our Contact Form (choose “Privacy Request”).

8) Service Availability

Connectivity issues (ISP, data centers, cables, weather, power, DDoS, etc.) may affect access. See disclaimer in Terms.

Do you verify buyers/sellers?

No. We do not vet users or act as an escrow. Deal at your own risk.

Can my post be removed?

Yes. We may remove content or suspend accounts for rule violations.

How do I delete my account?

Request account deletion via our Contact Form (choose “Privacy Request”). We will guide you through verification and deletion, subject to legal/record-keeping limits.
