2. Payment Information

We do not collect or store full credit card details on TruckDrivers.biz. All payments for premium subscriptions are securely processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Stripe collects payment information directly and processes transactions on our behalf in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We only receive limited information about your transaction status (such as payment confirmation or failure).

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Website and features (including profiles, listings, and search).
  • Moderate content, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.

17. User Profile Data

Registered users may provide profile information including Avatar, First Name, Last Name, Phone, Gender, and Timezone. Visibility of profile data is controlled by the user.

  • Avatar and First Name are always visible for identification.
  • All other fields can be set as public or private in profile settings.
  • Users are responsible for the accuracy and sharing of their profile data.

We store this data to provide the profile feature. Management of visibility and updates is performed by the user in their profile settings.
