Company CatalogNo responsibility for photos, descriptions, or materials in company profiles. Responsibility for accuracy/licensing/copyright lies with the company or submitting user.

ReviewsNo responsibility for reviews, ratings, comments, or other user submissions. Responsibility lies with the review author.

NewsNo responsibility for news articles or any text/visual content posted in the news section. Responsibility lies with the news author.

15. Privacy of User Submissions

We do not distribute, sell, or publish user names or email addresses submitted via the Contact Form or the classified report/complaint form. Such data is used solely to process the request or complaint and is handled per our Privacy Policy.

16. Service Availability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for access interruptions, slowdowns, or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including:

  • issues with the user’s Internet service provider;
  • failures, downtime, or maintenance of hosting servers and data centers;
  • backbone or local network/cable disruptions (including fiber cuts);
  • power outages and grid instability;
  • weather events (storms, floods, extreme temperatures) and natural disasters;
  • routing/peering issues, DDoS attacks, DNS propagation delays;

The Website does not sell, does not buy, and does not publish any classifieds on its own behalf. All classifieds are user-generated; the Website only provides a platform.

18. Marketplace Role & No Guarantee of Transactions

We are not a party to any transaction between users (including payments, shipping, delivery, warranties, returns, insurance, or licensing). We do not operate an escrow and do not vet buyers/sellers. All risks of dealing with other users are yours alone.

If you use any third-party payment or messaging tools, you do so under their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

19. Prohibited Content & Items

  • Photos or texts that violate U.S. law or widely accepted norms/standards.
  • Illegal goods/services; stolen property; counterfeit items; forged documents.
  • Firearms, explosives, hazardous chemicals, illegal drugs or paraphernalia.
  • Human trafficking, sexual services, or content exploiting minors.
  • Adult or age-restricted content, and any material requiring age verification to access.
  • Malware, spyware, or instructions to commit unlawful acts.
  • Hate speech, incitement to violence, or harassment.
  • Content violating privacy, IP, publicity, or other third-party rights.
  • Misrepresentation (impersonation, false affiliations, fake reviews).
  • Multi-level marketing/pyramid schemes; deceptive promotions.
  • Automated scraping, data harvesting, or bypassing rate limits.

20. Posting Rules & Moderation

  • We may edit, re-categorize, de-list, or remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.
  • We may preserve and disclose content if required by law or to protect rights/safety.
  • Repeat-infringer policy applies under DMCA; violations may lead to termination.
  • Paid options (if any) are subject to separate terms; fees are generally non-refundable once delivered.

21. Advertisements & Promotions

The Website may display advertising blocks, banners, sponsored content, or affiliate links. These materials are provided by third-party advertisers.

The Website administration and owners bear no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of advertising materials, or for any actions, offers, or claims made by advertisers.

All communications, transactions, or disputes regarding advertising are strictly between the user and the advertiser. We are not a party to such interactions and do not provide warranties for them.

22. No Professional Advice

Information on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or insurance advice.

23. Account Security & Acceptable Use

  • One individual user may maintain only one account unless we approve otherwise.
  • Do not share your password or allow others to access your account.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Website or databases.
  • Respect our technical limitations and rate limits; no bots without permission.

24. Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including for policy violations, suspected fraud, legal requests, or inactivity (e.g., 12+ months). Attempts to evade bans are prohibited.

Upon termination, your right to use the Website ceases immediately and your content may be removed per our policies.

25. Fees & Paid Services

We may offer paid features (e.g., premium listings, ads). Prices may change. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the service is delivered.

26. Arbitration; Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, in New York, New York. This section does not apply to individual claims in small-claims court.

  • Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be brought only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
  • Jury Trial Waiver: You waive the right to a jury trial.
  • Time Limit: Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arose.

If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, then the entire arbitration provision shall be null, and disputes will be heard in state or federal courts in New York County, New York.

27. Severability; Waiver; Assignment; Force Majeure

  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

28. Age-Restricted & Adult Content Prohibited

You may not post or link to adult content or any material that is age-restricted or requires age verification to access. The Website does not host or permit adult content.

We reserve the right to remove such content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

29. User Profile Information

Each registered user has a profile that may contain the following data: Avatar, First Name, Last Name, Phone, Gender, and Timezone.

  • Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile information.
  • All fields except Avatar and First Name can be marked as public or private through profile settings.
  • Avatar and First Name are always visible for identification on the Website.
  • We do not verify profile data and are not responsible for its accuracy.

By editing their profile, users agree to publish information at their own discretion and risk.

30. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Premium subscriptions on TruckDrivers.biz are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods or unused features, except where required by law.
